WND 1 is an iron-fortified infant formula & medical food powder that is free of nonessential amino acids. It’s specially designed for infants & toddlers with inborn errors of the urea cycle (waste nitrogen disorders).

WND 1 provides all other essential amino acids, carbohydrates, fat, essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals.

An easily digestible source of carbohydrates.

Plant-Based Oils:
Palm olein, coconut, soy, and high oleic sunflower oils have important fats for infant and toddler growth and development.

Modified Corn Starch:
Serves as a source of carbohydrate, an emulsifier to prevent separation in formula.

Amino Acids:
The amino acid profile is adapted to meet the needs of infants and toddlers with documented inborn errors of the urea cycle (waste nitrogen disorders).

Calcium Phosphate:
A source of calcium to support bone health.

Mortierella Alpina Oil & Crypthecodinium Cohnii Oil:
Sources of DHA and ARA, important for brain and eye development.

Ethyl Vanillin:
A flavoring agent.

Essential Minerals:
Essential minerals to support bone development, nerve function, and cellular activities.

Sodium Citrate:
A source of sodium.
