Enfamil Optimum Gentlease, formerly Enspire Gentlease, is our closest formula to breast milk designed for easing fussiness, gas and crying and is designed to provide complete nutrition for babies from birth through 12 months.
Our Optimum Gentlease Infant Formula is an inspired way to nourish. Optimum Gentlease has naturally occurring MFGM components as well as Lactoferrin,* two key components also found in breast milk, making it our closest formula ever to breast milk designed for easing fussiness, gas, and crying.
Lactoferrin is a protein also found in colostrum and breast milk that supports the immune system and gut health, and MFGM components are found in every drop of breastmilk.
It also has expert-recommended brain-building Omega 3 DHA. Your little one gets all of the nutrition of our formula closest to breast milk while also being designed for easing their gas and crying.
Optimum is a non-GMO† baby formula that is designed to provide complete nutrition for babies through 12 months.

Partially Hydrolyzed Nonfat Milk & Whey Protein Concentrate:
Proteins that are derived from milk. They have important amino acids to support growth and development.
Plant-based Oils:
Palm olein, coconut oil, soy oil, and high oleic sunflower oil have important fats to support infant growth and development.
Dual Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMOs):
Lacto-N-neotetraose (LNnT) and 2′-Fucosyllactose (2′-FL), two of breast milk's most abundant HMOs to support baby's immune health.
Lactoferrin:
A protein, also naturally found in breast milk, that helps support the immune system.
